WordCamp: WordPress Conference

Matt announced WordCamp, a last minute gathering of WordPress developers and endusers to take place August 5th, 2006, in San Francisco, California. There will be free BBQ for lunch, WordPress t-shirts, and a full day of both user and developer discussion.
Both Podz and Donncha will be coming across the seas to be there.

I wanna airflight so I can hug the daylights out of podz.I wanna airflight for drmike and collin so I can hug the daylights out of them too. If it hadn’t been for them after my horrid experience in the Blogger wilderness I would have quit blogging and sold my computer.
I wanna eat barbecue and discuss blogging all night long and even lift a thimble full of sparkling whatever to matt and the crew.
I wanna e-conference to be conducted simultaneously with the San Francisco partying so we users can feel like we are there in the flesh.
And like sulz I wanna t-shirt.:D

if that’s so impossible, even pictures of it would do. have i mentioned how much i like clothes? or looking at it being the next best thing?

I have second dibs on a t-shirt and like sulz – I’m into clothes. But as for this notion of collin’s that we be prepared to PAY for a t-shirt – hmmmm – well, I’ll have to take that under consideration.
A white one would be cool but PLEASE not one with the wordpress logo in depicted in DEFAULT BLUE – a black W favicon type logo would be fine with me. And of course patriotsfan should be allowed the option of having the colour of the logo on his t-shirt changed to red – lol.
I prefer the “hottie” kind of t-shirt myself. You know the ones that have a flattering “v” shaped necklines and fitted sides. I think the baggy straight cut t-shirts look lame but in a pinch I suppose I’d accept a FREE one.
