wordpres problem with OneTone theme, lack of basic motif functions

  The situation looks as follows. I have two domains, 1. Foto-studio 156 and 2. Photographer-Mokotów.
  The same version of wordpress and the same OneTone theme is installed. Entering the domain of photographer-mokots-cheap, and then Appearance-theme personalization in one tone, there are functions such as:
  -OneTone; The sections of the main page
  -OneTone; Home page options
  -OneTone; General options
  -OneTone; heading
  -OneTone; Pages and posts
  E.t.c.
  The first four functions are responsible for the appearance of my home page, so thanks to these functions I can change the text and photos on the home page. And in this domain everything is fine.
  Going to the photo-studio 156-Appearance-Theme OneTone-Personalization, there are functions like:
  – OneTone; Pages and posts
  There are no first 4 functions thanks to which I can change the content of the main home page.
  Disabling plugins did not help, and removal of the theme did not help.
  Please help.

  1.www.foto-studio 156.pl and the second domain is under construction. I have the same OneTone theme on both. At http://www.foto-studio 156.pl in the wordpress panel – view – personalization I do not have -OneTone; The sections of the main page

  It looks like the site http://www.foto-studio is using the self-hosted version of WordPress.org. This forum is for WordPress.com hosted version. To see the difference between the two, you can refer to this page:
