WordPres.com support is not closed as it announced

  Hi,
  For my curiosity:
  I have seen in the top of forums that :
  WordPress.com support will be closed from Thursday, 12/31 at 9:00 AM EST until Monday, 1/4 at 9:00 AM EST. We hope everyone has a wonderful New Year. We’ll see you in 2016!

  However, it isn’t closed at all, and I cite this post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is a peer support forum. We are open here but Staff support is not open until Monday, 1/4 at 9:00 AM EST.

  When Staff are available they will answer all threads tagged for their help with modlook in the sidebar in datestamp and timestamp order from the earliest to the most recent.
