  If you purchased an upgraded plan less than 30 days ago (in the case of Domain registrations 48 hours) you can request a refund from the “Manage Purchases” page.

  Hi there,

  We do not offer free trials on WordPress.com.

  On 16 December 2016 you bought a year subscription to the Business Plan. We offer a full refund for 30 days after purchase, so the refund period for your plan expired on 16 January, and you only cancelled the plan today, over two weeks later.

  I was still able to issue a late refund in this case, but be aware that your domain, educreditconsulting.com, will not be available for use anywhere else for some time as cancelled domains are not released immediately.
