  I am not getting how to operate my profile! I m not able to understand anything here, how can i edit my site title n all, how can my profile look like others? please tell me

  You need a gravatar account to manage your profile. Refer these links to learn how to manage your profile and make it look the way you want.

  how can i edit my site title

  There are 2 ways to change your Site Title
  1) Go to Settings > Site Title and edit your site title
  2) Go to Themes > Customise > Site Identity > edit your site title
