WordPress-2.0.1? FTP? Help!

Ok, so I found this website with themes for wordpress, the problem? What in the world does this mean?

Its easy! Just download the file and then unzip it. The just simply upload it to your themes folder via FTP (public_html > wp-content > themes)
Once you’re done uploading, do into your wordpress admin panel. Then click on Presentation and the select the Drunk Loser template on that page. Easy huh!”
What do I have to do to make this work? Sorry for being an idiot!

That’s for folks running self-hosted blogs using software from wordpress.org. You may only use the themes you can see in the Presentation tab of your admin

if you have a wp.com blog it is not necessary to download anything. we are hosted by wordpress and everything has been done for us by wordpress. all we have to do is blog.

Nope. CSS upgrade allows you to manipulate the stylesheets yourself, but it doesn’t allow you to upload anything like new themes, plug-ins, or widgets
