  Can I not use all plug in and theme in free version because right now I am using wordpress just to learn it . Just to know how it works after that I will buy premium service

  Hi, our free hosted service does not allow outside plugins. You would need our Business plan for that.

  If you’ll let us know what you’re trying to do, though, we may already have a plugin built-in that could meet your needs.
