  Which website are you having issues with? WordPress.org and WordPress.com are different (see https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/).

  If you’re talking about WordPress.com, according to https://automatticstatus.com/, everything is working fine.

  If it’s WordPress.org, however, and you suspect server issues, I would suggest checking with your web hosting provider.
