  I tried adding some shortcode to a page but it did not work. Why did the shortcode not work?

  The url of the page is “wordpress.com/page/joesblog322027939.wordpress.com/28”. I added the following short code:
  [bg_collapse view=”link” expand_text=”Show More” collapse_text=”Show Less”]
  The text you want to hide…

  It looks like that shortcode is from this plugin: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/show-hidecollapse-expand/ – are you trying to use this plugin with your site?

  If yes, the site would need to be on the business plan to do so.
