  This forum is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and we’re only able to help with sites that are hosted with us.

  If you’re using the self-hosted version of WordPress at another host, you can instead ask the WordPress.org community who make that software for advice. You can find their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  If you have a question about your theme or a plugin on your site, it’s better to contact support for that specific plugin/theme directly.
