  Hello,

  I have a problem when i log into (email visible only to moderators and staff) i didn’t find my website because i want to do and see the reservation next week.
  I need my website that i pay €19 for each 28 of each and every month.

  As you have a paid plan and if you are talking about a site running on the wordpress.com platform, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that site – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help

  I recommend reaching out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you.
