WordPress 3.3.0 Win – visual editior
-
I just updated from 3.2 to 3.3 on Windows 10 and visual editor doesn’t display any content. I can still edit the raw HTML code of the blog post. I’ve restarted the program and I still have the problem.

I’m having the same issue (for a WordPress.com website, hosted on WordPress.com servers). Is there anything that can be done to get around this? Or do we need to wait for an update?
WordPress.com version 3.3.0 release.
Windows 10 Home. -
Hi there,
The visual editor in the desktop app works fine for me in Windows.
It’s possible that the update became corrupted somehow. Please try uninstalling the app and downloading a fresh copy. Then also restart your computer. Let me know if that doesn’t help.
Are you also using Windows 10 Home, or a different version?
@timethief, please don’t refer users to the self-hosted forums for issues related to the WordPress desktop app. That app is developed and supported by WordPress.com. -
Fixed! I just tried signing out of the program via File > Sign Out. Then I signed in again, without closing the program. Visual Editor now appears as per usual.

Hi there, sorry for the trouble, but this was a temporary issue with the WordPress.com servers last week which has since been fixed. Please let us know if you see the problem again!
