WordPress 3 upgrade broke my wordpress

    I tried to use the upgrade option for wordpress under the wp-admin, however after doing so I get the following error message;

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_link() (previously declared in /home/darkinfo/public_html/wp-includes/bookmark.php:93) in /home/darkinfo/public_html/wp-includes/deprecated.php on line 2050

    I can not seem to figure it out, I am not able to find anything on the web which gives this kind of a error.
