  You are in the wrong forum as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted elsewhere meaning it uses the open source wordpress.org, https://digital.com/best-web-hosting/who-is/#search=nikolina24.com. I also can see your site is in no way connected to your wordpress.com account. The only way to access the backend of your site is at http://nikolina24.com/wp-login.php

  I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.

  The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
