  I have got a message from Mat Mullenweg:
  “Just a few days ago, we released WordPress 4.0 Benny”

  Is this version really accessible for me with wordpress.com?
  If yes, how to find and install it?

  Pay no attention to Matt on this issue

  The staff do the updates for you – nothing you can or need to do (you can’t do any update anything here)

  Your blog is not actually running 4.0 – it is running something a bit more advanced than 4.0 – WordPress.COM is a beta test for the .ORG software
