WordPress 4.0.1 update problem

  I tired to update my website store gilbertscrafts.com to WordPress 4.0.1 as requested in an email. The update was not completed and caused my site to “crash” so that now I cannot access my website. Please help with this asap.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot help with that version of the software. You need to be at WordPress.ORG for help with that.

  That is NOT a WordPress.com hosted blog that you are referring to. I’m sorry but we are unable to provide support for any sites that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and our support docs do not apply to your site.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.

  I was asking for help here, because my login at wordpress.org is not allowing me to log in. I am going to comb through our development material to see if there is possibly another login besides the one that I tried. Thank you for your input and advice.

  We do NOT provide support here for WordPress.ORG installs. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
