WordPress 4.7.3 can not upload image to Page

  I’m using WordPress 4.7.3 running Vantage theme. I can’t upload pictures to my pages using the add Media button.
  I updated java.
  I tried to do it on three different Browsers.
  It doesn’t work.
  I’m able to upload new images to my media library. But it doesn’t allow me to upload it to my page.
  It does not show any error code.
  I tried to find an plugin to use instead the bulit in wordpress insert media options, but was only able to find add image to widget plugins or gallery plugins

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
