It looks like citywideheat.com was renewed at the beginning of the month. However, the domain citywidesolar.org expired two days ago.

If you’re logged into your account, you can either cancel citywidesolar.org or renew the domain on the notice that appears on the site. You can also do so by going directly to https://citywideheat.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

I’ve tried to cancel citywidesolar.org multiple times. It looks like wordpress is giving me a hard time.

Okay, I can take care of that for you. Is it your intention to cancel citywidesolar.org and not use it in the future? If so, I can remove it from your account.

I need to confirm that you don’t wish to use it elsewhere, though, as there are no guarantees that the domain will be available to register again later if you wish to use it for another site.

I have tried to cancel citywidesolar.org many times. I have not been able to access citywideheat.com for weeks now. What is the problem?

    What is the problem????

My cancellation for citywidesolar.org has been pending for weeks. I should have started a blog elsewhere. but I need access to the content. I cant improve or change YOUR website without access to citywideheat.com

    Hi there,

You are correct, domain cancellations do take quite a bit of time to fully complete. The entire cancellation process can take up to 80 days from expiration or cancellation all the way to release to the general public by the domain registry, depending on the circumstances.

In regards to your other domain, citywideheat.com, are you still not able to access your account? I have verified that your site is fully accessible. Are you having problems logging in or just seeing your site? Let me know!
