  How can i add a radio type option menu so that it if clicked saved number of click to it and also shows some info only after it is clicked and other options goes aways if one radio or check box is is clciked.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. It’s not possible to do this on WordPress.com as we can’t use the type of form code needed to do this.

  At best, you can add a contact form with radio buttons. Users choices will be saved and appear in the Feedback section of your dashboard. But the unselected options won’t disappear. You can read how to add a contact form here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  Depending exactly what you want to use it for you can also look at inserting a poll or survey with PollDaddy: https://en.support.wordpress.com/polls/
