  I have downloaded and installed wordpress into my windows vista laptop. When I atempt to open the program I get this error message popup.

  ( The procedure entry point Set currentprocessEplicicitAppUerModelID
  Cauld not be located in the dynamic link library SHELL32.dll. )

  Can anyone help me with this?
