  Hello. We had an issue back in March where the credit card on file. We paid the 20 fee but the card was cancelled before we could verify it was a legitimate card. The new replacement card was rebilled for the $99 premium fee on 6/13/16 so we should now have premium again, but it says that we are still on the free plan even though they rebilled it. Can you please check into this. It is for Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Dept.
