WordPress A-Record settings?

    Hello!

At the moment, I have my domain, which I bought from domainmonster, pointing at the WordPress nameservers so my blog can be accessed by a .co.uk address.

I’d like to set up an email for my domain, but domainmonster won’t let me do that unless the nameservers are pointing to theirs.

They have suggested I use A-record settings instead.

Does anyone please know how I can set up, and what the A-record settings are for a WordPress.com blog?

    Many thanks!

  • We cannot allow mapping via A record. They should provide you with MX records, which you can use to direct the mail back to them with your nameservers pointed here.

If not, I recommend trying Google Apps for Domains for your email: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/google-apps-email/
