WordPress Access Very Slow – Pages not loading properly

    Accessing the WordPress.com domain, very, very slow. Once I do access, pages are all text; no templates, etc… I’m sure this is a global issue. Accessing from Maryland.

    There was a CDN problem earlier that causes these symptoms in Eastern USA.

    Please clear your browser cache and DNS cache (if you know how) and see if that helps.

    Thank you for trying to help… Flushed the browser cache and the DNS cache… It is definitely a wordpress issue… Very slow to wordpress.com and after pages load, nothing but text and links… Wonder if wordpress has a “safe mode” when problems exist. Noticed when wordpress.com is loading, I’m seeing “s.wordpress.com”… I’ve tried it on several PC’s…

    I am having this same problem. It happens almost every day. Is there a way to fix this?

    This looks to be caused by an isolated network problem between Verizon and Level3. Our CDN partner says they have routed around the problem for now until the 2 ISPs can resolve the issue. Are you still having problems?
