I recently singed up to wordpress under a business account. I have since created a username and password but subsequently did not work. I then reset my password with my email however it has marked my plan down as ‘free’ as I did create one in 2016 under a free trial.
Could this please be changed as I am trying to launch a new business website and cannot add any plugins’s etc due to it being ‘free’/.

What is the website address that you’re trying to access? It sounds like you’re not signed in to the correct account.

Hey!
I never used my personal email address to sign up for anything paid for. When I set up the business account it allowed to sign in via my personal email by creating a username and password etc.
When I did this, it automatically linked up the business website as a web page along with the one I didn’t pay for.
I understand if I have to sign in to the primary email to access the business account but if that is the case – why did it let me create said username and password?
