  When I go to PollDaddy.com it says I need a wordpress account. I thought I had one but it won’t let me log in? Can your support team call me at [redacted by staff] to provide some support?

  What is the full address of your site and where is it hosted? You have a WordPress.com account right here or you couldn’t post in the support forum. I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could reply (and remove your personal information as these forum threads are soon indexed by search engines).

  I don’t know the full address of the site. I’m trying to log into my polldaddy.com account and I’m getting an error message . . . I can enter my email address and my password then I get an error message saying there is an error with wordpress.com — and of course I cannot find a phone number anywhere on the site to call for support!

  Ah — OK so I’m getting in (even though I’m getting error messages) — but can’t get to my Polldaddy stuff. I think my account is https://performanceinstitute.polldaddy.com
  But when I go there it just takes me to the login screen — and when I log in I get a message that says “Sorry but thre was a problem with WordPess.com Connect. If you try again it will probably work!” However — I’ve been trying all day and cannot get to my polldaddy surveys!

  What would be awesome is if someone from the support staff could call me and walk me through the issue of logging in! I’ve been doing this for two years without incident — using the same login and password and have never had a problem. Of course because I’m on a deadline to get somthing done I have issues!

  As this is an issue with logging into the Polldaddy.com website, please contact Polldaddy support:

  https://polldaddy.com/feedback/

  We can only help with issues regarding WordPress.com sites or issues directly related to your WordPress.com account, not with issues using a WordPress.com login on other services – you are clearly able to log into your WordPress.com account, so that’s not the issue. The issue is the authentication on Polldaddy’s end.

  Neither WordPress.com nor Polldaddy offers phone support.
