You’ll notice that you’re writing to us from the account info934991153 but the site you mentioned belongs to the account lavitavivi. You’ll want to log out from the current account and log in to the correct one.

im a little confused, they should be the same? the email that I have linked to my website is the same email for the info934991153 account. when i try to log in to lavitavivi username it says its already taken. I requested new password but that didnt work, so i think its the info one that im supposed to log in to. and it still says i dont have any wordpress.com account. thank you for all the help, sorry for all the ?s!

We can confirm the two addresses are quite different.

This is a message you’d get if you tried to create a new account with that name.
Are you getting renewal emails? If so, can you log out, and then log back in using the email address those are addressed to?
