  I would like to keep my domain name but do not need WordPress for site. I was unable to figure it out and just used my name for another platform. How do I cancel only platform renewal?

  Hi there,

  Of what domain are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here has never bought any domains, nor any other upgrades, from us. This account only owns one free site, http://nextlevelmamas.wordpress.com/

  A WordPress.com upgrade can only be cancelled by someone logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  Hi there,

  In order to cancel that domain, you will need to log into the WordPress.com account connected to that domain. Do you know of another WordPress.com account that you can log into?
