  Hi, I purchased wordpress for my son for a portfolio site for a job application, and I paid $48 and did not see a monthly option. I’d like him to have the use of it for November but I do not want to pay for a year. the billing went to purpledragonflymama@gmail whichis my email address and my Paypal.

  Hi @pricklypearmarg, monthly billing isn’t available in all markets at this time. What you can do if needed, is cancel after 30 days:

  Refund a Purchase

  You just wouldn’t get a refund for the domain, but he could keep that for use elsewhere, or allow it to redirect to a free WordPress.com address.
