  I reinstalled my wordpress by mistake. is there any way i can recover my old posts and account settings?

  Looking at your site it appears your blog is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog as opposed to WordPress.com. These forums are for WordPress.com. You should head over to the WordPress.org forums for help.
