  I have a wordpress account and I am not sure if im doing it right. I want to set up a website (not a blog page) that I want to have hosted by Siteground. Is my wordpress site the right one. I do know I should have to pay something just not sure Im doing this correctly.

  If you’d rather build a website over at Siteground and pay them then you need to log in over there and reach out to them.
