wordpress account access

    Hi there,

    I have set up my site recently on WordPress.

    I forgot to password and reset it.

    I haven’t saved to reset the password. now I am not able to reset it again. It shows me the account doesn’t exist.

    I just purchase the domain, hosting, and SSL from my end I got help from another person for the website setup.

    Please help now to get my credentials. I’m very fed up.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    We can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform. First things first: what is the URL of your site?

    Hi coolguestpost, can you share a link to the site? I’m guessing you can access coolguestpost.wordpress.com just fine but there’s another site in question.

    Or, if you’re trying to access an installation at another host, I’d recommend asking your host for help with these steps. The person help you set up the site may be able to help too.
