WordPress account blocked

  Hi

  I cannot access my wordpress site when i put user password it goes to white page saying blocked. I tried to change my password in case it was that but each time a link is sent I click on it and it says the link is invalid. Ive tried all the suggestions i have found on google with no result at all. Help my website is down as well so causing me lots of issues.
