    hello, my domain name and my site are no longer visible. Yet I paid on February 9 my subscription for the year and my domain on whois Expires On:2019-07-14 Can you help me ? It’s very urgent ! Thank you. Karina (redacted)

    Hi Karina,

    I’ve checked your account and no upgrades or charges are listed, so it sounds like you have a second account. Could you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to?

    If that doesn’t makes a difference, which domain do you need help with? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums, a domain is the only information I need.

    I’ve also redacted the phone you shared here.
