  i have accidentally opened two account where do i go to fix this ?

  Here is an article with instructions on how to delete a WordPress.com account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/
  Do note that deleting an account will not only remove your username, but it will also delete all of the sites you have and all of its content.
