WordPress Account Linked to External Blog

Hello,
i have problems with linking my blog with wordpress account. WordPress stats use to appear nicely on my external blog with links to home page, dashboard and other posts listed in stats.
I’ve created new blog, wanted to add it on my existing account. After entering my API key, on my old blog’s stats page instead of old blog name and link to dashboard everything was replaced with links to new blog.
Can somebody help me with this?

Hmm, i must say that i am confused because i read this post
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/wordpress-account-linked-to-external-blogs?replies=3on this forum. As far as i can see this member had similar problem with external hosted blog and it has been solved.
Since the problem appears on my wordpress.com account will the people on wordpress.org forum be able to solve this?

The blog stats plugin is supported here, but we are just volunteers that blog here on wordpress.com and know nothing about the plugin used for self-hosted wordpress blogs.
For support on the blog stats plugin you need to contact staff directly at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ .

I did contact them and the only reply i’ve got is that they will check it out and reply with solution. That was 15 days ago. Contacted them a few more times after that and nothing came from them.
Is there a chance that some of these people show up and reply here? I see that in post mentioned above some of them showed up, took over the problem and solved it.
So i guess that same thing can happen here. Contacting them didn’t give me any advance and solution.
If some of you can contact them regarding this post and send the link so that they can read it i would be very grateful.
