WordPress account Locked up

Hello all,
I am Shreyas, I have a small blog (mccshreyas.wordpress.com). My blog has two-factor authentication enabled. I was having WordPress account listing in my two-factor authentication app. But recently the app got auto-updated from the store and with that, the update wipes out all of the accounts from two-factor authentication app including WordPress. Now am not able to log in to the account.
Then I tried the backup code, but none of them are working on my account and reports error that the code is invalid although I entered them correctly.
And also am not getting any kind of messages containing recovery code for my account on my mobile phone if I try to recover my account via phone recovery method.
So can someone please help me to recover my accont. If anyone needs any further information about my account, am ready to give you. I just need my account to be accessible. -

Hi there,
I have sent a single authorization code to the email associated with the account (not the account that you are contacting us from now), so that you can temporarily disable two step authorization and regain access to your account.
