WordPress account payment made but still getting notifications

  Hi,
  I have renewed premium subscription for wordpress on 25th May 2019, but I have started getting notication that my blog domain http://www.dailypassengerr.com is going to expire. Please provide a solution.

  I want to know that despite making payment, why am I still getting notifications.

  Hi –

  Your domain registration expiration, and your plan expiration, are on differing dates.

  The domain registration expires on 2019-07-13
  The premium plan expiration was on 2019-05-25

  I’ve manually processed your domain renewal and synched it up to the premium plan. Now everything is on the same date for next year, 2020-07-13.

  Write back if you need anything else.

  I have my domain name on automatic renewal (goinggentleintothatgoodnight) and I’ve never had any issues with the renewal. None of my info has changed and I just got an email (after getting a message on 6/16/19 with the receipt for my payment) that the domain renewal failed and asking me to manually renew it. Is this a phishing email?

  Hi @goinggentleintothatgoodnight, it’s not phishing. But if you want to be doubly sure, just head to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and you can see whether the domain needs to be renewed there.
