Hi there, macmanx! Thanks! I’ve followed all the steps in the account recovery area several times to no avail. I’m missing too much information, I think. I can’t remember which email address matches. The gmail address I think it is .. I can’t remember it’s password either so can’t get into it to retrieve a code.
And it’s an old phone number, as well.
Any and all other help will be so appreciated!

Hi Victoria – What site are you trying to regain access to? Please share the URL with us here. We can send an email to the address on that account and help you reset the password (if you still have access to that email). We can’t tell you *what* email address is on the account though. That would be a violation of user privacy.

Here’s the problem .. I’m not sure of the address and if the address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) then I’ve lost the password to it. I’ve tried this route already.

Hi Victoria, sorry about that. It looks like you’ve got at least three accounts here, as that one’s under a different email address.
I’m missing too much information, I think.
I’m afraid you might be right on this. We just aren’t able to re-grant access to a site without proving you are the owner. Do you have any of the proofs listed here?
Or, could you work on regaining access to any older emails you might have?

Yes, I was able to access all the other accounts so I can delete them now. Gordoria.wordpress.com is the only one I want to continue with moving forward!
There’s got to be other questions I can answer!

It’s not any of the addresses you’ve mentioned — and if there were other questions we’d definitely go ahead and list them on that page.
I’d encourage you to try to regain access to any old email addresses, as that will likely be your best bet. Good luck!

It may look like I have many accounts but this is over a 20 year period. And these WordPress accounts are over a 10-15 year period. And this is it, really! I can’t imagine what other email account it could be unless I used someone else’s like my husband’s. But why would I do that? So frustrating. Thanks for your help!
