WordPress account suspended

    It is my second word press account being suspended please assist I do not understand why and with the first one had to redo account now I’m told that I cannot do a domain with snacksbynana because it is being blocked to many time. When the account was blocked this time I was adding code or HTML code.

    The site I need help with is snacksbynana646068725.wordpress.com.
