WordPress Account Temporary Hold Status
-
Hi.
My blog was very stable.
But I haven’t been able to enter my WordPress site since yesterday.
When I clicked on the WordPress site URL, something appeared.
And it says, “This account is temporary On Hold. Please check your billing for outstanding invoices and the Report Center for any unaddressed Resource usage Incident Reports.”
I want to solve this problem quickly.

We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact your hosting to solve this problem yourself.

It sounds like your hosting payment may not have cleared or was rejected.
You’ll want to head over to the website where you purchased your hosting services to get assistance with this.
-
After contacting FastComet’s inquiry team, we found out the cause of the problem with the account’s temporary pending status.
The reason for this issue was “overuse of FastComet resources.”
But I don’t really know how to get the resources.
Please help me! -
@rhkreogur There are likely limits on the site traffic your plan allows in a set period (usually monthly). Since you know your hosting provider (FastComet), you can follow up with them to increase the site’s throughput.
Since your site’s hosting is provided by a separate entity and not by WordPress, you should bring this matter to FastComet’s attention instead.
