WordPress account tied to defunct email address.

  When I attempt to sign into my WordPress account using the correct email and password, I receive the following warning:

  “Your account has been blocked as a security precaution. To continue, you must reset your password.”

  The issue is that the email address currently tied to my account is no longer active, so I’m unable to receive the password reset link or provide the required verification details.

  Could someone please advise me on how to regain access to my account under these circumstances?
