Hi there,
This is for a domain you recently connected to one of your WordPress.com sites. Even though you connected the domain, it still points to a site hosted by AWS (Amazon). For the connection to be complete and for the site to correctly point to your WordPress.com site, you need to log in to your registrar’s (Gandi) control panel and change the name servers to the WordPress.com ones. You can find more information about this process here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/#step-2-change-your-domains-name-servers
Let me know if you need assistance with the connection process. I’m here to help.

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching back out!
I can’t find any video tutorials, but I did find this information with the domain registrar: https://docs.gandi.net/en/domain_names/common_operations/changing_nameservers.html#switching-to-external-nameservers which explains things step by step.
I hope this helps!

Hey there,
So Gandi is where the domain is currently registered and is the domain registrar: https://whois.domaintools.com/powerform.io.
To double check, have you purchased powerform.io with Gandi? That’s to say, do you own this domain?
Many thanks.

I see Gandi is where the domain is registered. The domain was purchased on AWS. Yes, the company owns that domain.
We are encountering this problem how to solve this one

Is this email the solution to the problem?

Yes, in order to point your domain to WordPress.com, you will need to log into the account where you purchased the domain and change the domain nameservers. We have a detailed guide available at this link: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/#step-2-change-your-domains-name-servers
After you have made the necessary changes to the domain nameservers, it usually takes a few hours to up to 48 hours for the changes to propagate across the internet. It’s important to note that this propagation time is not under our control.
If you encounter any difficulties after this time period, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again.

OK I see how about the authorization code from the image below can you also assist where I can get it?

Regarding pointing the DNS is it possible to just add a name server instead of changing the old name server in the AWS domain?

That’s for transferring the domain over to WordPress.com. If you want to do this instead of connecting your domain, you can do so by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/incoming-domain-transfer/
The authorization code needed for the transfer is provided by your current registrar.

To point your domain to your WordPress.com site, you need to replace those name servers with the WordPress.com ones. You can’t have both name servers active as it will cause conflicts.
