wordpress admin and editor

  Hi

  I am trying to add a user onto my companies wordpress blog – Martel Instruments.
  I am an editor, and the admin of the site has left the company.

  Is there anyway i can do this A) as an editor and B) how do i go about adding an admin?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi sharonclark1,

  I’m afraid only Editors can add users. I’ll tag your post so that staff can help you address the administration aspect.

  Editor

  An Editor can create, edit, publish, and delete any post or page (not just their own), as well as moderate comments and manage categories, tags, and links.

  Hi there,

  I see the owner of the site made you an editor so you can manage the users on the blog. If that person is no longer with the company, they can also transfer ownership of the blog to you so you have complete control over it.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
