  How do I stop the wordpress admin bar appearing at the top of my site?

  The one which gives you the follow/reblog etc options

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  First, you can’t remove it without the Custom Design upgrade. Second, WP doesn’t allow removing or modifying it, because it’s not part of your blog, it’s part of the wordpress.com system: when other wordpress.com users visit your blog, they access their admin bar, not yours.
