WordPress admin bars(”Click to toggle”) are always minimized

  have WordPress 2.8.4 and for some days I experince some issues.

  My admin bars (I don’t know how to call them) are allways minimized. If I expand them and I reload the page they become minimized again. This happens for all users.

  Admin bars = The bars the you can minimize or maximize. You see a tooltip saying: “Click to toggle”.

  I have uploaded some pictures to understant better the situation?

  

  Has anyone encounter this? Do you know how to fix it. I want them expanded by default, or at least I want WordPress to remember my settings for each one.
