  Since poullaides.com is hosted on DreamHost, I’m only able to help with WordPress.com-hosted sites. You’ll need to reach out to DreamHost’s support team directly for help with the critical error — they’ll be able to assist you with deactivating Elementor from their hosting panel.
  
  I do not have access to the admin email address as it was from a previous company, not i am unable to receive the recovery email.
