WORDPRESS ADMIN DASHBOARD DISAPPEARED

  Looking for help as my websites WordPress admin dashboard has disappeared but the site is still working.

  I am not able to access support from my main account since the dashboard has disappeared so I made the temporary one to try and communicate with support.

  The URL of our actual site is metroink.com.
