WordPress Admin Displaying in Text Only

  Having trouble with the WordPress administration page displaying in text only.
  
  Have checked the page loading, and I get a couple of resources which are not able to be reached. This includes; load-styles.php and load-scripts.php

  So in a attempt to fix, I’ve disabled the plugins, disabled the themes and reinstalled the core WordPress files but still dont seem to be able to resolve this fault.

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  All good, this was a self-hosted WordPress but managed to get it working by editing my (wp-config.php) with define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);
