  I was editing my site and made a mistake with one of the themes I chose
  So I did research on how to remove that theme. The video recommended I install a plug-in called advanced WordPress reset. I did as it said but I didn’t back up my data and it erased everything. So when I try log in it says there is an unknown email address and unknown username

  Oh dear! That sounds rough. I am guessing that did not happen on sushisage.wordpress.com, though.

  If the site you’re referring to is hosted with us, can you send a link so we can help you get logged into the right account? We’ll be able to use the Jetpack Rewind feature that comes with your plan.

  If the site is not hosted with us, I’d recommend checking for any backups you might have. Your host may have some. If you’re using Jetpack with the Rewind upgrade, you’ll have backups. Or you might have made your own or used another backup service. In any case, I’d recommend restoring that. You can probably restore to just before your theme mistake, too.
