  Hi, I am getting a blank page when I attempt to login. Its completely blank and does not have standard UserName, Password entry options. My site name is http://www.neelman.in

  Your website does not look like it is hosted on WordPress.com.
  We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.

  To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:

  Hello,

  http://www.neelman.in/ is currently running a self-hosted version of WordPress, which is not the same as websites running on WordPress.com. You can find more information regarding the difference between the two flavors here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Documentations on https://en.support.wordpress.com/ and resolved threads on this forum might not always help you troubleshoot issues that occur on self-hosted WordPress installations.

  That being said, I can access the standard login page here: http://neelman.in/wp-login.php
  If you’re still having issues, you can check with your host for errorlog and further troubleshoot from there. Usually, these are issues with faulty plugins/themes or a compatibility issue.

  I just restored the backup from my managed hosting site. It resolved the problem. I highly appreciate your inputs.
